chronic joint pain

Perhaps the most obvious “dysfunction test” is simply the experience of chronic pain in a joint.  You don’t need an orthopedic screen test to tell you there is something wrong with your knee if it hurts all the time.  This section of Floota.com is dedicated to those of you who have been told by your doctor that your real problem is that your diet is lacking in ibuprofen.  You know who you are.

There are people among us who have been walking around with mild pain in, say, their shoulder, for a decade or two.  The pain wasn’t “that bad” so after their first doctor visit, which was unsuccessful in finding a remedy, they just put up with it, and occasionally or regularly took NSAIDs.  Those are the people who should be reading these articles.

The target audience of these articles does not include those suffering from chronic joint diseases like arthritis. I have no experience with arthritis and thus do not consider myself qualified to pontificate on the subject.
