Back Hurts?  
Me too. I injured my back a few years ago. It was a pretty straightforward injury, or so I was told. It took me over two years to get better. Along the way, I learned a lot about stretching, exercising, anatomy, and a whole bunch of other stuff.  
  I got so frustrated that it took me forever to recover from my injury that I decided to launch a website, at my own expense, in an effort to prevent others from undergoing the same experience I had, an experience fraught with incompetent doctors, therapists, and frustration.  
  This site is a collection of the knowledge I have gathered from doctors, therapists, and hours spent scouring the web for information. I hope the information contained herein is of help to you.
